Let’s gather virtually in the evening for 20 minutes to gift ourselves a period of stillness and space to simply feel. We go through a range of feelings and emotions each day, and often, we move so fast from thing to thing that our body and nervous system have to play catch-up. Join me each weekday evening as I guide you through a mindfulness meditation designed to help you tune in, listen to your body, and feel the effects of your day. This important integration time will leave you feeling more present and whole and is a great way to process and end your day.
